1. Why can't I log in using my last name and member ID?
The web site has been upgraded to a more secure method of keeping track of users and requiring the use of robust passwords. The old system (last name/member ID) had little to no security whatsoever.

2. I am a member and I want to get logged in to the new site. How do I get a username and password?

3. Why can't we use specific usernames vs. entire email addresses?
It keeps the registration system simplified and easy for future administrators to manage. This is not an commercial program developed by teams of employees like many forums and e-commerce software. It has been hand coded by a few volunteers. Using your email address is common: think Amazon, etc...

4. Why do my new credentials not gain me access to the new web site?
The most common issue is that people are not entering their entire email addresses for their usernames or entering their passwords in a case-sensitive manner.

5. What if I forgot my password after I registered for the new web site?

6. Why won't the magazine PDF file load in my browser or why is it so slow?
We have been experiencing intermittant server issues with our web host. This is out of our hands and usually only lasts a short while. Thank you for your patience.
